Hailie Jade — yes, Eminem’s daughter — is stepping away from the podcast mic and picking up a paintbrush in her newest venture: home renovation. The YouTube series, titled “Just A Little Reno”, premiered June 27, and it’s already creating buzz for mixing DIY charm, heartfelt moments, and a dash of hip-hop legacy.
The four-part series follows Hailie as she renovates her best friend Brittany Ednie’s home near Detroit — all while pregnant with her first child. Wearing a pink hard hat and radiant confidence, Hailie leads a transformation that’s less HGTV and more “Boss Babe Energy.”
From Dorm Decor to Dream Designs
Hailie’s passion for interior design started at Michigan State University, where she says she became “obsessed” with decorating her dorm. That obsession grew into a skill set — and now, a series.
“Helping my friends bring their spaces to life just felt right,” Hailie shared in the show’s press release.
“It’s not just about paint and furniture — it’s about creating spaces that tell a story.”
Pregnant and Productive
The show was filmed during Hailie’s pregnancy, adding a personal — and time-sensitive — twist to the series.
“The clock is ticking on the renovation and my pregnancy,” she jokes in the trailer.
Her son, Elliot Marshall McClintock, was born in March. The middle name Marshall honors her father — Marshall Mathers, better known as Eminem. And now, with motherhood and DIY renovations both successfully checked off her list, Hailie’s proving she’s capable of crafting more than just viral podcast episodes.
Not Just Shady — She’s Skillful
Already the host of the hit podcast “Just A Little Shady”, Hailie has amassed nearly 4 million followers on Instagram. But “Just A Little Reno” adds a fresh layer to her public persona: a creative, hands-on woman building both a family and a career on her own terms.
She’s even open to design commissions, hinting that this is just the beginning of her on-screen design journey. Whether it’s wood trim or color palettes, Hailie Jade is laying the foundation for a new empire — one accent wall at a time.
