Jennifer Aniston reveals the secret to staying in shape at 56: It’s not a strict diet or heavy workouts, just 3 simple exercises that surprisingly tone the body.

Jennifer Aniston’s PT shares top 3 exercises for building Jen’s arms and abs at 56

‘I’ve seen more transformation in my body from Pvolve workouts than I have with anything else,’ Jen said

It’s all well and good knowing that Jennifer Aniston swears by Pvolve for strengthening and sculpting her body (‘I’ve seen more transformation in my body from Pvolve workouts than I have with anything else,’ she told Women’s Health US), but it would be even better if you could do it at home – without a Pvolve membership, right? Well, handily, Jen’s personal trainer Dani Coleman recently took to Instagram to share three of Jen’s favourite exercises, along with demonstrations.

Jen and Dani use a Pvolve P.Band to perform the exercises, but a (more affordable) long resistance band can be used as an alternative. The one difference is that a Pvolve P.Band features gloves for your hands to ‘allow the work to stay in your arms – instead of your grip’. Focus on mind-muscle connection to the body parts Dani mentions for each exercise to reduce the effort coming from your grip, and know that grip strength is a key indicator of longevity, so if you do feel it working, think of it as an added bonus. Here’s how to do the moves.

‘One of the aspects I love the most about working with Jen is that she truly never shies away from a challenge,’ Dani says in the video.

‘Move number one focuses on strengthening the front and back of your core, while working into your postural muscles.’

Exercise 2

‘The second one is a favourite, strengthening your arms and abs while opening up the whole side of your body.’

‘Lastly, this one targets your shoulders and upper back, while mobilising your spine.’

Look easy? One follower commented: ‘I did my first pband workout and holy moly does it work your muscles! I had a more intense workout in 15min than I do with 45min of lifting weights. Excited for more.’

On Jen’s birthday, Dani shared a series of videos of Jen doing a full-body workout – using Pvolve’s P.Band, ankle weights and sliders.

It reflects the Pvolve ethos with a low-impact approach, and a focus on reaching (the eccentric part of the movement – like when Jen reaches her triceps back for tricep kickbacks), rather than contracting (the concentric part of a movement, like lowering into a squat), and small, precise movements. ‘’It’s those micro-movements that kill me but are so effective,’ Jen previously told Women’s Health US.

Pedro Pascal Was Asked About Those Jennifer Aniston Dating Rumors on the Red Carpet and I’m Crying at His Reaction

Pedro Pascal stepped out for the premiere of The Last of Us season 2 last night, which happened to go down on the same day rumors dropped that he’s dating Jennifer Aniston.

Jennifer Aniston reveals who keeps her company at night

Quick back story: Pedro and Jennifer sparked romance speculation after they were spotted on a three-hour dinner date at the Sunset Tower Hotel’s Tower Bar over the weekend. Naturally, everyone assumed they were dating and spiraled accordingly, but a source shut this down yesterday (March 24), telling TMZ, “They are not dating and the dinner was with a group of people, not just the two of them alone. Jennifer and Pedro are just friends with lots of mutual friends…and things are platonic, as has been the case between them for years now.”

Cut to last night’s red carpet (also on March 24), when Extra asked Pedro what’s on his list of “wants” in a relationship. This ended up being a perfect segue for the outlet to bring up the JenAn of it all, saying “maybe somebody who has good taste in television that watched Friends or maybe was on it?”

At first Pedro seemed slightly confused, but then started laughing as he realized the reporter was alluding to the Jennifer Aniston rumors, saying “I see, yeah, there you go, there it is.” He was then asked about possibly appearing on The Morning Show and gave a cryptic “I dunno, maybe” with a huge smile on his face.

I LOVE THIS MAN.

How Jennifer Aniston Really Feels About ‘The Rachel’

It’s hard to come by a beauty interview with Jennifer Aniston that doesn’t mention ‘The Rachel’. And yet, despite the haircut being such a ’90s phenomenon, it was really only featured in its purest form during one season Friends.

So, considering it didn’t hang around for long, what did Jen really think of it?

Well, we now have the answer thanks to Adam Sandler.

Did Jennifer Aniston like ‘The Rachel’?

It’s important to note that ‘The Rachel’ reached peak popularity around 1995. So that’s 28 years that Jen has been answering questions about her hair and that particular cut. She’s even capitalised on it by launching her own hair brand, Lolavie.

So trust funny man Adam Sandler to ask about it when she addressed him with, “What’s something you’ve always wanted to ask me?” during an interview with ET.

“‘The Rachel’, I know no one talks to you about that,” he joked. “I just wanna know, when you saw it in the mirror for the first time, did you say ‘this is it, this is the one I wanted, this is fantastic’?”

To which Jen responded, “I really did enjoy it when it first happened. Which we interpret as: “But I don’t enjoy it now”.

“When did you say I can’t do ‘The Rachel’ anymore?” he followed up.

“I just started growing it out,” Jen responded. “It was too hard because I couldn’t do it on my own. And I just looked like Roseanne Roseannadanna.”

In case you didn’t know, Jen’s natural hair is quite curly when left to air-dry. So you can imagine the havoc those layers would wreak before she had a hairstylist on speed dial.

It’s a lesson we’ve all probably learned the hard way; don’t commit to a cut if you’re going to hate the upkeep.
