Within the Dead Daisies, Whitesnake’s Reb Beach has broken his silence regarding the replacement of Dough Aldrich

Whitesnake’s Reb Beach has at long last issued a comment regarding the temporary replacement of Dough Aldrich, who was performing with The Dead Daisies, during the final leg of their European tour. What’s up, everyone? The news that my longtime friend and bandmate from Whitesnake, Doug Aldrich, has recently been diagnosed with a form of cancer that is treatable was shared by Beach on Facebook. You may have heard about it. Doug is a fighter, and I am confident that he will make a full recovery; nevertheless, he is taking some much-needed time off to concentrate on his health before he returns to work.

“In the meanwhile, he has asked me to fill in for him with The Dead Daisies for the final part of their European tour, and I am extremely honored to be able to do so. There are members of that incredible band who are also some of my closest friends, and I can’t wait to start performing with them! First and foremost, I want to send my best wishes for a rapid recovery and all the strength that Doug needs. Beach concluded his remarks by saying, “We are all behind you, brother, and we know you’ll be back in no time.”

Only a few days ago, Doug Aldrich broke the news to the public that he will be unable to participate in the Dead Daisies tour due to his personal battle with cancer. “Greetings, those of you who are admirers of the Daisies. We have some terrible news that we would like to share with you… In a post on their Instagram account, the band shared the unfortunate news that Doug has been diagnosed with a treatable form of throat cancer and will be undergoing surgery this week.

From this point forward, Doug will not be able to participate in the future tour. As a result, Reb Beach, a long-time friend and bandmate from the days of Whitesnake, will be filling in for the upcoming European gigs. If you would want to join us in wishing Doug a rapid recovery, please join us in doing so. All of us are looking forward to having him back on board as soon as possible. The band continued by saying, “We’ll keep you updated.”

At the beginning of 2016, Aldrich became a member of the Dead Daisies, taking over for Richard Fortus. He has remained a member of the band ever since. After David Lowy, the organization’s founder, he is the member who has been with the organization the longest. So that he could concentrate on his work with Guns N’ Roses, Fortus left. It is on November 1 that the Dead Daisies will kick off their European tour at the Metropool in Enschede, which is located in the Netherlands. Beasto Blanco and Mike Tramp are going to be the tour’s support acts.
