This spaghetti meal is so easy, guests want seconds.
Should I be correct in saying that there is no time to waste on activities such as chopping, sautéing, slow cooking, or roasting? This is the pasta dish that can be prepared in the shortest amount of time and with the least amount of effort, yet it will still have the flavor of something I would get from an Italian restaurant. You did not make a mistake when you read that last sentence: gourmet flavor in fewer than fifteen minutes. How do you get the key? The garlic oil has a touch of heat to it.
As a result of the fact that the flavor of this recipe will be improved by the quality of the garlic, olive oil, and pasta, it is essential to select the best possible ingredients. The fact that fresh pasta can be cooked in a shorter amount of time (in only a few minutes) is yet another reason why fresh pasta should be chosen whenever it is possible to do so. The addition of a fresh garnish, such as shredded parsley or basil, would also provide a substantial boost to the dish.
SPICY GARLIC SPAGHETTI
Ingredients
- Twelve ounces of pasta
- Extra-virgin olive oil, one-third of a cup
- One-half cup of bread crumbs
- Garlic cloves, minced cloves
- 1 milligram of crushed red pepper flakes
- Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnishing
- Use of parsley as a garnish
Directions
- In accordance with the directions provided on the package, prepare the pasta. Drain the pasta and set it aside, reserving approximately half a cup of the water remaining in the measuring cup.
- The olive oil should be added to a big skillet with a heavy bottom and heated over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to the oil once it begins to shimmer, and stir the mixture until it becomes fragrant, which should take approximately one to two minutes.
- When the oil mixture is completely warmed through, add the spaghetti and bread crumbs, and continue to sauté until all of the pasta and bread crumbs are uniformly coated in the oil mixture.
- In the event that the mixture is too dry, add a few teaspoons to half a cup of pasta water instead.
- Put some grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top.
Serve as soon as possible.
