According to Nikki Sixx, she is still holding out hope that Guns N’ Roses will accept the tour offer from Motley Crue

Nikki Sixx continues to hold out hope that Guns N’ Roses will accompany Motley Crue on their tour. A fan recently questioned the bassist during a question and answer session on X, “Is there any band that you would like to tour with in the future that you haven’t toured with yet?”

Sixx responded to the user’s inquiry by saying, “We all still think that a GnR + Crue tour equals sold out stadiums.” A night like that would be absolutely fantastic for those who are fans of rock and roll.

Since quite some time ago, the idea of going on a tour has been considered. Nikki provided an update in a post that she made on X in the month of March. Someone requested for news during a question and answer session with fans, and Sixx responded by saying, “We tried. At this point in time, it simply did not work out. It sounds like a wonderful tour. There is no way to know.”

Nikki declared his wish for Motley Crue and Guns N’ Roses to tour together in July of 2023, which is when the rumors first began to circulate. He predicted that the two would be an extremely potent combination. We believe that it would be an incredible tour for the fans, but there are currently no plans in place to make it happen. “We are still in the process of determining what lies ahead for us (in the following year).” In the month of August 2023, Sixx once more wrote on X.

We are of the opinion that it would be an excellent tour for both bands and their respective fanbase. At this precise moment, everyone is working and now on tour. The bassist expressed interest in going on another tour with GNR during a question and answer session that took place in September 2023. “If something that massive were to happen, it would just have to happen naturally ”

Sixx was asked by a user on X in June regarding the possibility of a tour with Guns N’ Roses. This question was made more recently. Another thing that the individual expressed was that they had heard that Crue thought that a tour with GNR would be enjoyable. To which Sixx said, “At this time, there are no plans.” Hopefully by the year 2025.”

The musician, however, had a more pessimistic outlook on the prospect of a tour earlier this month. “We made a genuine effort. When a fan wrote to Nikki, “We are holding out hope that the Motley Crue and Guns and Roses Stadium tour next year hits Hersheypark,” Nikki responded, “What a tour for the fans to experience.” If that is the case, we will be there.

In the past, Guns N’ Roses and Motley Crue went on tour together. In 1987, Guns N’ Roses served as the opening act for Motley Crue. A disagreement between Izzy Stradlin and Vince Neil, which eventually led to a dispute between Vince and Axl Rose, was the source of the escalation of tensions that occurred later.
