After weeks of uncertainty, raw emotions, and hospital gowns, Jessie J finally has some good news to share — and it’s the kind we all needed to hear.
Yes, the cancer is gone.
The 37-year-old “Price Tag” singer took to her Instagram Stories today, looking emotionally lighter, as she shared a list of “pros” — and at the top of that list: “The cancer has all gone 🤞”.
Of course, she didn’t miss the chance to sprinkle her signature humor in there: “My nipple is where it used to be,” she wrote. Classic Jessie — vulnerable but real.
Jessie was first diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer earlier this month. And instead of disappearing from the public eye, she chose to be open, raw, and brutally honest with her fans. From crying before going on stage in Wembley to laughing about getting a “dramatic boob job,” she’s turned one of life’s toughest battles into a story of resilience, self-love, and, yes, a few jokes along the way.
In her “pros” list, she also mentioned small joys — guilt-free binge watching Love Island, her mum moving in to help, cuddles with her son Sky (who’s just 2), and feeling emotionally safe with her boyfriend, Chanan Safir Colman. In her words: “Just being Sky” was reason enough to smile.
But she didn’t sugarcoat everything. Her “cons” list was just as real. The fear of the unknown. Sleepless nights. Not being able to be the supermom she usually is. And yes, even constipation made it on there (because honesty matters, right?).
Jessie said from day one that she wanted to be open. Not just for herself, but for anyone else out there going through the same storm. “Talking helps. Laughing helps. And being real helps the most,” she once shared.
Now, with the surgery behind her and love all around, Jessie is starting a new chapter — one with less pain, more music, and maybe even bigger boobs (her words, not ours).
