Sammy Hagar and David Lee Roth have had a relationship that has been fraught with difficulties throughout the years. On the other hand, things took a more significant turn when Roth released a diss track that was directed at Hagar.

In the video that he uploaded to YouTube and titled “Where Is David Lee Roth Director’s Cut?,” the rocker from Van Halen makes a snide remark about Hagar in the lyrics, after the ongoing conflict between the two of them. The following is an excerpt from the song’s lyrics: “Sammy Hagar is not the same; you can drop that singer from extreme; however, no matter where you walk around, there’s a little David in everyone.”

Roth also declined Hagar’s invitation to participate in his Best Of All Worlds tour, which was extended to him. It did not, however, bother Hagar in any way. The Red Rocker stated that Roth is a person who is prone to erratic behavior. He also provided an explanation regarding the production, stating that it raises the overall level and that he invested one million and five hundred dollars in it.
