SAUTÉED CHERRY TOMATOES WITH PINE NUTS

Ingredients

    half a cup of pine nuts
  2. 2 tablespoons of fresh basil that has been chopped (plus additional for garnish)
  3. 1 tablespoon of vinegar made from red wine
  4. Balsamic vinegar, one tablespoon’s worth
  5. The seasonings of salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. After toasting the pine nuts for one to two minutes over medium-high heat in a large skillet, transfer them to a bowl and set them aside.
  2. The skillet should be heated over medium-high heat with olive oil that has been added to it.
  3. After adding the garlic, sauté it for approximately one minute, or until it develops a pleasant aroma and a light brown color.
